At Centurion Boutique, we pride ourselves on delivering meticulously crafted, made-to-order pieces. Each item is produced on demand, tailored specifically for you, which means returns are extremely limited.


Print-On-Demand Terms


All items are made to order.


Because each product is produced exclusively for your order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:


Change of mind


Size issues


Personal preference




Defective or Incorrect Items Only


We want you to receive a flawless product. If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will make it right.

Please contact us by mail first at "studionova.infos@gmail.com" with the steps below and we will process the request in a 72h delay.


How it works:


1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery.

 

2. Provide clear photos of the defect or error.

 

3. Once verified, we will issue a replacement or store credit.


 

Important Notes

Do not return items before contacting us; in most cases of defects, a photo is sufficient.


Items must be returned if needed.


Personalized or custom designs cannot be refunded or exchanged, unless defective.


Orders fulfilled via Printify/Printful/TapStitch are final unless defective.
