1. Print-on-Demand (POD) Process

Every single item on our store is made to order. This means that when you place an order, we print it specifically for you. This "slow fashion" approach helps us reduce waste and protect the environment.

Processing time: Please allow 3-5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We believe in simplicity, which is why we offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders.

Standard shipping: 20-25 business days. FREE

> Note on Express Shipping: We currently only offer Standard Shipping to ensure the best possible quality control for our custom-printed items. We prefer to take the time to do it right!

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Centurion Boutique is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Important for International Customers: Depending on your country, import taxes or customs duties may be applied upon arrival. These charges are out of our control and vary by country.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

5. Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at [studionova.infos@gmail.com] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will do our best to send a replacement as soon as possible.
